Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic time at the hotel. The rooms were large enough and came with a lovely balcony featuring a hammock, making my stay quite luxurious and comfortable. The services provided, like laundry and room service, were excellent. However, the dining room was a bit lacking in variety. Overall, a great stay with some minor room for improvement.
The hotel is situated on top of a mountain surrounded by a dry tropical forest, offering an out-of-this-world experience with great natural sauna and hot springs. The rooms are cozy and authentic, resembling little apartments with large bedrooms and amazing bathrooms, although a bathtub was expected for a resort like this. The location is beautiful but a bit isolated, limiting dining options to the onsite restaurant. The dining experience is a mix of excellence and disappointment with excellent service but poor quality food.
The hotel is located in the middle of nature, offering steam without fumes for an hour and a half. The staff is not always available, which can be a downside, but the peaceful surroundings make up for it.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The secluded cabin room in the middle of nature was a highlight, but I had some reservations about the overall value. The attentive and lovely service was a definite plus, although there were some noticeable issues that need addressing. The location offered stunning natural surroundings but had some limitations. While the dining experience had its moments, there were some areas that could be improved. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel as it offered spacious and private rooms with the best treetop views over the valley to the ocean, perfect for enjoying sunsets on our private balcony during our honeymoon. However, the rooms could use an update, and being directly over a hot spring added a unique touch to our experience.
Staying at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and comfortable; however, reaching them without a car could be challenging. They are in separate bungalows, which adds a nice touch but also makes them a bit far from the central areas. The service was fantastic with attentive staff, though sometimes not too helpful with directions to encourage booking activities. The location, while offering beautiful surroundings, felt a little isolated and in need of maintenance. Dining with a view of the tree-line was pleasant, serving good food but with limited options. Overall, a stay here has its ups and downs.
